I am an ophthalmologist and University of Toronto graduate whose practice is defined by clinical excellence, systems innovation, and a decade of leadership. Shaped by an MSc in Health Policy and an entrepreneurial background, I bring a unique understanding of the “business of medicine” to effectively lead teams and navigate complex healthcare environments.
Committed to comprehensive care and surgical excellence in cataracts, I view every encounter as an opportunity to preserve vision and improve quality of life. Beyond the OR, I leverage my expertise in health policy and EMR optimization to streamline care delivery and mitigate physician burnout. Ultimately, I aspire to enact systemic policy changes as a dedicated clinician-researcher to elevate the patient experience.
Outside the clinic, I recharge by producing music, reading legal thrillers, and enjoying long hikes and bike rides with my wife, Gunjan, our daughter, and our dog.
